Return and Refund Policy
All prints, posters, and artwork are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Because each item is custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with printing errors, please contact us at ramaritt.art@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include photos of the issue, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Orders
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at ramaritt@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate with our shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement if your package is confirmed lost.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you'll need to place a new order and cover the full cost.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to sender because it was unclaimed at your local post office or delivery point, please contact us at ramaritt@gmail.com within 30 days. You'll need to place a new order, and we'll refund the product cost (shipping costs will still apply).
