Processing and Production Time
All prints, posters, and artwork are made-to-order. Once you place your order, it typically takes 2-5 business days to produce your item before it ships.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery times are:
- New Zealand: 5-10 business days
- Australia: 7-12 business days
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Delays and Issues
While we work with reliable production and shipping partners, occasional delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ramaritt@gmail.com and we'll investigate.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
